All Star Puppies sales puppies as pets only. We guarantee to provide the buyer with a healthy puppy upon arrival. We encourage spaying or neutering your pet to help control the pet population. Buyers interested in breeding should do extensive research on the topic.
All Star Puppies guarantees your puppy to free from parvo and corona for one week after arrival. We guarantee against distemper for three weeks after arrival. Coccidia and Giardia are protozoa commonly found inside the intestines of dogs. We will guarantee against death due to these illness' for two weeks after arrival.
All Star Puppies will replace any puppy that dies due to pneumonia or an upper respiratory infection for two weeks after arrival.
Puppies will be guaranteed against life threatening genetic illness' for six months after purchase date. Genetic illness' that are made severely pronounced by environmental surroundings will not be guaranteed. Ex- Puppies not receiving proper diet and resulting in GI problems, or puppies that don't receive proper exercise and develop knee problems. Genetic problems such as hernias, mild open fontanels, or over/under bites are not covered under this health guarantee. It is required of you, the Buyer, to provide your puppy with proper exercise, nutrition, and love to ensure a long happy life.
As the buyer you must contact All Star Puppies by phone or email as soon as any problem arises. You must contact us with in one week of having visited your veterinarian or All Star Puppies will not cover the problem. Before processing a claim, all peritnent information must be delivered to All Star Puppies along with a record of regular office visits. Under no circumstances will All Star Puppies pay veterinary bills. For any puppy that suffers a life threatening genetic illness or one that passes away, All Satr Puppies will provide a replacement puppy of equal value.
We guarantee that your puppy will be current on all vaccinations and wormings. We do not guarantee against hypoglycemia.
All Star Puppies can not control or predict the future environment of your puppy's home. It is up to you, the Buyer, to help control stress factors such as: other animals, large crowds or gatherings, traveling soon after arrival, and temperature of your home. If your puppy has obviously been neglected, whether it happened by being left alone, poor nutrition, or failure to have regular veterinary examinations, we will not warrantee your puppy. Every effort will be made to ensurere your puppy is ready for his/her new home and that you are thoroughly educated on your new puppy and the traits and habits of its breed.
The buyer must have the puppy examined by a veterinarian with in three days of its arrival date. If this is not done this guarantee is void.
This agreement is a binding contract entered in the state of Oklahoma between Buyer and Seller regarding the health conditions and/or the loss of this puppy.
