Hi, I'm April Boatright and I love breeding dogs.  At five years old my parents got our first Chihuahua, Joe, and we just couldn't stop there.  Our kennel is comprised of three families, my mother and father, my brother and his wife, and my husband and I.  Between us we have thirteen different breeds that range from teacup to miniature size. 
  We strive to breed puppies that are not only cute and happy, but healthy also.  Each breeding is recorded in the computer and everything from color to whether or not their ears stand up is noted.  If undesirable traits are noticed we attempt a different cross and generally eliminate the bad trait.  If the same problem arises again, we have the dog spayed or neutered and we give it to a good home.  Healthy puppies and happy homes are a priority to us.  We monitor our dogs around the clock and love every minute of it!
  It is a pleasure that we get to raise dogs for a living.  The pleasure comes from not only getting to make a family laugh and play with their new puppy, but from the joy it brings me and my family.  Getting to go to the kennel each day and being totally adored is an awesome high.  We try to bring that same joy into each family that a puppy is sent.  
  All of our puppies are raised with love and tons of attention.  They are vaccinated and wormed on a strict schedule and are each examined by his/her veterinarian before leaving our home.  All Star Puppies will continue to breed dogs with the same dedication for many years to come.
